Originally from Florida, Monica graduated from the University of Florida before moving to Colorado in 2003 to settle down. She quickly fell in love with Colorado Springs, drawn by its friendly community, incredible scenery and natural wonder, vibrant culture, and endless opportunities for fun—from local festivals and outdoor adventures to the convenience of nearby Denver for pro sports and big-city excitement—making it the perfect place to settle down and raise her family.

She combines her insider knowledge of local neighborhoods and market trends with a data-driven approach to help clients make confident, informed decisions. Our Backstory
Monica Shea relocated to Colorado Springs back in 2003, and grew up in the Tampa Bay area in Florida. She is a graduate of the University of Florida and previously worked in public relations and logistics for a large international agricultural company. After starting a real estate investment company in 2005, Monica expanded her real estate career and became a REALTOR® in 2009.
Monica works side by side with her husband, Ryan, and they have 2 children, several pets and are very active in the community. A portion from every single closing is donated to Make-A-Wish Colorado to help grant life-changing wishes for children battling critical illnesses.
