A little bit about Monica...
Monica Shea is originally from the Tampa Bay area of Florida, and relocated to Colorado Springs in 2003. She is a graduate of the University of Florida and previously worked in public relations and logistics for a large international company. After starting a real estate investment company in 2005, Monica then expanded her credentials and became a REALTOR® in 2009.
Ranked in the top .1% of agents in her market, Monica has many credentials that prove her expertise and experience. Monica is an owner of the KW Aspire office, has earned the Real Estate Negotiation Expert designation, has the Agent of Excellence designation to deliver Disney-level service to her clients, and is a certified Military Relocation Professional to be able to guide members of our armed forces through the maze of military moves. In addition, Monica has earned the status as a KW Luxury agent, with her track record marketing and selling high end properties, and is also part of the elite KW Sports + Entertainment network.
Monica works with her husband Ryan, and they have 3 children, 2 dogs (including Zoey, their team mascot and "Director of Barketing") and are very active in their community. A portion from every closing is donated to Make-A-Wish Colorado to help grant life-changing wishes for children battling critical illnesses.
