🌬 Prepare for Wind & Hail Season Secure loose fencing, trim tree branches, and consider a proactive roof inspection before hail season decides for you. 

🌞 Service Your A/C Early The first 80° day will book every HVAC company in town. Replace filters, clear debris from your condenser, and schedule service before the rush. 

🔥 Wildfire Awareness (Especially West Side & Foothills) Clear pine needles from gutters, trim branches away from your roof, and create that defensible space buffer. It’s not dramatic; it’s smart. 

🌿 Lawn & Irrigation Reset Turn on sprinklers gradually and check for broken heads (they’re almost guaranteed). Aeration and fresh mulch go a long way in our dry climate. 

✨ Freshen Up for the Season Power wash patios, clean windows, reseal decks, and declutter. Even if you’re not selling, your home should feel ready for the season.
