Have you and your significant other ever wanted to try learning how to dance? It can be intimidating to start out dancing for many, and walking into just any studio environment can be overwhelming or costly. But Colorado Springs has some amazing places to start learning how to dance and get to know others who are into dancing, too. None of these places are competitive, and so they’re great spaces to start out learning in a fun, friendly way.
So try out something new and check out these places for some fun social dancing!
East Coast Swing Dancing at The Loft
The Loft is a venue that holds East Coast swing dancing every Wednesday evening. At 7:30, there’s a beginners lesson for people who want to learn the basics, and then at 8:00 the social dancing begins. It’s $8 at the door or online before you get there, or you can buy 4 consecutive dance nights for $25. This is a great way to try out some swing!

While they have weekly dance classes, they also hold monthly social dances for anyone who wants to come try out dancing in a low-key environment.
