As the weather warms up, we’re all excited to get outside and explore the area more and more! There are a bunch of First Friday Art Walks happening in and around Colorado Springs—so for anyone hoping to get outside, then there are some great ways to do so.
The Art Walks in the area never disappoint; they are always full of fun, good food, great art, and great conversations. So if you’ve never been to one yet, get some friends or your family and go out! The first one is April 6th.
First Friday Art Walk Downtown
Every first Friday of the month, downtown Colorado Springs offers art shows, live music, and special shows. The route differs every single month, and you can walk around to see various gallery receptions, art displays, and performances! You can do a guided walking tour, take a shuttle bus to the locations, and there’s even a bike tour!

First Friday Art Walks in Old Colorado City
OCC’s Art Walks happen each first Friday of the month, too. It’s a self-guided tour that features a number of art galleries and art studios—and the shuttle bus mentioned above goes to this event, too.

Manitou Springs First Friday Art Walk
Manitou Springs used to have an Art Walk every third Friday of the month, but it looks like they are now joining in on the fun and doing their Art Walk on the first Friday of the month, too! The shuttle bus will be going to their Art Walk as well. They will also have additional 3rd Friday Art Talks with local artists.

Monument Art Hop
Monument has an Art Hop every third Thursday of the month, but it doesn’t start until May—so you can check their website for further details as they develop.
